What is 3D Modeling?
3D character modeling involves turning a concept art into a digital 3D model. Before the project is formalised and set to go, we collect all the needed references for object creation and lay out a plan for the upcoming work, where references are used to give a sense of the client’s ideas for final project. Our company will deliver the final design once accepted for the printing process for manufacturing. These 3D objects can also then be used for animations, renders, and more.
What is 3D Printing?
After the 3D virtual object was created, we start with the 3d printing process. We print the objects by using a method of building a 3-dimensional computer-generated design. Layer-by-layer extruding filament through a heated nozzle. The heated nozzle softens and lays down the heated material at set locations on the printer bed. It builds it up until the final desired product is achieved. This process allows our in-house design team to bring each client’s distinctive design to life.
How Long Does It Take To Print a 3d Model?
We first discussed the 3d model, then and e-mail will be sent for a payment before we start with the printing process. The time frame depends on several factors, including the size of the part and the settings used for printing. The quality of the finished part is also important when determining printing time. Higher quality items take longer to produce. 3D printing can take anything from a few minutes to several hours or days – speed, resolution and the volume of material are all important here.
